About Us

Team 12’s History: 

Team 12 is the official student organization of Texas A&M Athletics. we were founded in 2018 as a product of restructuring in Athletics under new administration, as well as the need for student interaction within the Lettermen’s Association. 

The Team 12 Mission:

To serve the athletic program, and provide former Texas A&M Athletes, Texas A&M Athletics Recruits, and their families a glimpse at current student life at Texas A&M! Members of the Team 12 assist with home Texas A&M Athletic games, special events, and general administrative tasks for the Texas A&M Lettermen’s Association and Athletics.

Recruiting

  • Bright-Slocum Football Complex
  • Greet visitors with Aggieland hospitality
  • Escort recruits to/from Kyle Field
  • Assist with pregame events

  • Pre-Season Events

Basketball

Roster Cards and Court Crew

  • Work both men’s and women’s games
  • Help marketing team prior to tipoff
    • Roster Cards
    • Occasionally Fan Zone, Giveaways, etc.
  • Court Crew (Women’s Only)
    • Keeping the floor clean and safe

Soccer

Ball Crew

  • Members will:
    • Stand in a designated corner of the field, holding an extra ball ready to play field out-of-bounds balls if necessary
  • Working both fall and spring soccer games at Ellis Field

Volleyball

  • Fall and Spring Semester 
  • Help marketing team prior to gametime
    • Roster cards
  • During the Game
    • Keeping volleyballs on both sides of the court 
    • Keeping the floor dry so that none of the players slip 

Softball

  • Currently only during the Spring semester Where we help marketing team prior to first pitch with handing out roster cards. STRIKE OUT Ks!!!
